The price doesn't match the room... the window can't be locked

The hotel is quite old, the room is clean, the bathroom is also good. However, there are cobwebs under the bathroom sink.

The area around the hotel is busy, but my room's AC is leaking, it should be fixed next time.

Dirty. This is an old hotel. The only thing nearby is a Family Mart. Everything else is massage parlors. Why did I read the comments before and people said it was good?

Grand Sentosa, the location is good. Many food to eat in that area. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. They provide good service.

This hotel is actually quite good, the location is strategic, the rooms are spacious, and there's a family cafe in front of the hotel, so it's safe... But it's a shame that all hotels in Malaysia have to pay a RM10/day tax.
