The receptionist was friendly. The staff were also friendly. The location is excellent, close to everything. It's an older hotel, but still nice and clean. There's a garden, which makes it really cool, but unfortunately, people are smoking there, so the air is quite polluted. You can't relax there for long.

The hotel has a calm and warm atmosphere. The rooms are spacious. Everything is clean. The restaurant has a wide selection of food. I enjoyed my stay here. However, there's not much parking. I brought my car from Jakarta. Valet parking is available.

It was our first experience staying at this hotel and, definitely, love at first sight! The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall hotel amenities were five-star!
