A clean, comfortable hotel with beautiful views in the city center, overlooking the sea. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere, and the varied and delicious breakfast menu are a highlight. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The hotel is comfortable. We asked for a connecting room because we were on vacation with the kids. But they ran out of connecting rooms. So our room was upgraded to a sea view and next to each other. The room is very spacious. Beautiful view from our room. When night fell, the glass in the room suddenly broke for no reason, the room attendant immediately cleaned up the glass shards. Even our shoes were vacuumed for fear that glass shards would get in. The attendant was really thorough. We really enjoyed staying here. Next time we go to Batam, we will definitely stay at Harris again

The location is very convenient, quite near the ferry port. There are also shopping Malls nearby. The hotel facilities are generally not too bad, value for the price paid.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had a great experience overall. The food was decent, satisfying but not exceptional. However, the room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location was absolutely superb, as it's near Batam Centre Port and malls. I'd highly recommend this hotel for its excellent rooms and prime location!
