The best choice for a hotel. The environment is very comfortable and quiet. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. While the menu isn't very varied, the food is delicious and the dining area is comfortable.

The room rate is worth it with the room space and bathroom

The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, with lots of shady trees and a cool, refreshing atmosphere. The staff is friendly. The hotel and surroundings are clean. However, the rooms are a bit stuffy, especially when you first check in. The trash cans in the rooms should be replaced with covered ones.

Good: Great pool, great service at buffet breakfast (thanks Adi for all the egg dishes and coffee) and a good selection of local and western foods including fresh fruits and juices, excellent location 10 minutes walk from Ambarrukmo Plaza and Bluebird taksi rank, helpful reception staff. The bathroom was always clean and the bed made up. Not so good: The main restaurant was undergoing renovation during our stay, so the cafe was serving as the restaurant. On the 2 occasions we had dinner here the arrival of the food took a long time and quality of meals was inconsistent. As older people, we found the mattress a little too firm, but this might be okay with most people. Housekeeping happened daily but attention to detail like restocking the coffee and tea supplies was patchy. Toilet rolls were small and only supplied one at a time, so we had to ask for more a couple of times. Noise from other rooms filtered through to us, and our wardrobe door hinges squeaked loudly at every opening. Like many hotels these days, the bed comes with a doona and no top sheet or blanket as an alternative. In a tropical climate I do not understand this as it meant we had to run the air conditioner on a quite cold setting to have a comfortable sleep. Doonas are hot to sleep under. Overall: We enjoyed our stay here as it was so central, and a dip in the beautiful pool at the end of a hot day of sight seeing was great. Once we found a supermarket and had our own milk, coffee and tea supplies, the inconsistencies of the daily housekeeping didn't matter that much. Our driver was treated respectfully each day when he came to pick us up.

Clean and comfortable place, large swimming pool.

I give it a 75 out of 100. The location is close to the mall, comfortable, cool, clean, quiet, and a pleasant atmosphere for a morning walk. The swimming pool is clean. But there's one thing missing... The hot water/water heater in the bathroom didn't work. I took my 4-month-old and 3-year-old children with me. The 3-year-old was brave enough to take a cold shower, though I felt a little sorry for her. But the 4-month-old ended up just wiping it down with wet wipes.

The front office is very friendly and provides good service.

Fast check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pool, friendly security, and a fairly spacious parking lot. Thankfully, I got a parking spot.

The room we stayed in was on Pantai 1, near the lobby, the damp smell of the room was noticeable when we first entered the room, which lasted throughout our stay, 3 days.

The room we booked was perfect, but upon entering, the damp smell was noticeable. We stayed for 4 days, and the damp smell was still there.

Kids-friendly hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, quite complete hotel facilities, affordable prices, not much variety on the breakfast menu, but overall good.

Favorite Hotel for staycation/holiday in Jogja...always stay at The Victoria because of its strategic location, close to everywhere, I usually stay 3 nights but because yesterday there was an obstacle so only 2 nights....clean room & friendly staff....I always ask for a room view facing the swimming pool because the view is that good...plus now there is a playground area for the kids so it makes me feel more at home... Unfortunately yesterday the restaurant was being renovated so I couldn't eat while looking at the view & variety please improve it again for a 4 star hotel....the taste also please improve it again....thankyouu The Victoria Yogya 🥰

My wife was happy and comfortable staying at this hotel because: - it is not high (only 3 floors), - access to everywhere is close, and I was able to jog around the hotel complex in the fresh air.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. I happened to be in the "new building" on the 2nd floor. The room and bathroom were clean. The restaurant's food is relatively cheap. However, the breakfast food is lacking in variety and it's a bit far from the city center. And why is the bellboy/room service "not very friendly"? Maybe because I didn't give them a tip, haha. Oh yeah, there's a children's playground, so it's family-friendly.

The best staycation option. The pool is clean. The outdoor playground is fun for the kids. Easy access. The place is cool.

Thank you, Victoria Hotel. This was our first time staying here with my family, and we chose a non-smoking room. The hotel is clean, and the environment is pleasant thanks to its alleyway, with minimal traffic noise. The staff is friendly, kids-friendly, and there's a playground and a fairly large swimming pool.

It feels so comfortable here: located behind Amplaz, in the middle of town but not too hot. There's a large swimming pool and playground to keep the kids entertained. Breakfast is delicious and perfect for the palate. One of the best family hotels in Yogya, great.

Overall I was satisfied, but because it was the first time the location was in an alley, I missed it a bit.

A hotel that is strategically located behind Ambarukmo Plaza, the room is quite spacious for a superior size, the breakfast is varied, delicious, the staff is friendly... the room is clean, the bathroom blower is a bit weak... maybe it's been a long time... the rest is good, and God willing, next time I go to Jogja I will stay here again
