A suitable hotel for transit to Central Jakarta. It's close to public transportation and offers plenty of delicious dining options. The service is excellent, the cleanliness is excellent, the air conditioning and restrooms are clean, but the soundproofing isn't great.

There is no telephone in the room, so if you need anything you have to go downstairs to meet the receptionist.

The staff is very friendly and polite, and we highly recommend the Amaris Hotel Mangga Besar for anyone looking to stay. The service is top-notch.

Overall okay, it's just that when I was waiting to check-in, there happened to be a lunch event. Because the lobby and restaurant are combined, while waiting in the restaurant area, the FB staff was moving tables/chairs noisily, making me startled, then cleaning up the cutlery like someone who is annoyed, making noise here and there, unlike restaurants in other hotels that are gentle in their cleaning methods. Maybe they were tired because of the limited staff, so they seemed annoyed working alone until they didn't see any guests around.

Everything was pretty good, but only on the 2nd floor at night there were noisy guests opening and closing the doors and shouting which made it a bit disturbing.

The staff is friendly, the parking is spacious and convenient, check-in and check-out are fast, it is highly recommended.

The location is strategic, the prices are affordable, the service is good, and there are lots of food vendors at night.

The menu and taste of the food served are in accordance with the budget. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bedsheet, needs to be given more attention. The one I received had a bedsheet with blood stains, and the second one had a torn bedsheet. Hopefully, this will be better in the future.
