According to budget. Comfortable atmosphere even though it is close to the city center but not noisy with vehicle noise.

A bit surprised with the condition of the hotel, because from previous experience staying at Hotel Dafam in other cities gave a good experience. Hotel Dafam Cilacap is an old building, and unfortunately not well maintained. The bed, mattress, pillows, and towels are no longer suitable. Breakfast is quite good with normal variations for a 3 star. The staff is friendly and the check in/check out process is fast. Near the mosque, there is an ATM, swimming pool, and adequate parking. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

The location is strategic, close to the city center, friendly staff, clean rooms, very complete and delicious breakfast.

The body wash is hard to rinse and doesn't lather. The shampoo is also not very good.

Water heater in the room is not working. Amenities are incomplete. Must be improved in the future.

Upgraded to an executive room, but it smells musty. The sheets and blankets were not changed, the pillows smelled of someone's armpits. The room was dusty. The AC was not cold at all. I was too lazy to pack when I wanted to move. First and last time staying here, I don't want to go back.

Friendly staff, hotel door card changed 3 times, apparently the battery on the door sensor was dead, went back and forth to the reception 3 times, sweaty too, please pay attention in the future

Friendly hotel staff, strategic location, clean, fun swimming pool, complete & delicious breakfast. The water heater works well. Got toiletries. The hotel is only 2 floors, so there is no elevator. The AC is a bit lacking.

Don't be satisfied with what has been achieved. Keep developing and innovating again, and do improvisation periodically.

The hotel has no elevator. The room's AC was leaking but the staff immediately came to fix it. It still leaked but not badly. Got a room with a pool view. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there are shortcomings, there are also advantages, namely helpful staff and a champion swimming pool.

The AC is leaking, the shower is clogged. Even wanting to take a shower at night is postponed until there is a replacement solution.
