Comfort enough for a short stay. Room tidy and clean.

Check in is very slow, no effective solution, rigid, customers come at 10 am but still have to check in at 2 pm, ask to be earlier and be ready to pay cash but still can't, even though at 9 am many people have checked out, different from Whiz Jakarta

The location is close to the mall, the staff is friendly, and parking is assisted by hotel security due to the small parking lot. Please increase the variety of breakfast. Overall, it is recommended.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The security guard was quick and attentive when my relative had a sore leg, and he immediately helped her.

The room's design is a bit sketchy, but overall it's very clean. I was a bit surprised at night by a tomcat in my bed, but luckily I didn't get bitten. The surrounding area is also busy, 10 minutes to Tawang Station and 2 minutes on foot to Paragon Mall. I really like the atmosphere. Thank you.

I tried one guest room , 12sqm , have great view ^_^ , just too small , so it’s ok for 1-2 days , for longer stay I prefer bigger room

This budget hotel is strategically located near Paragon Mall and Poncol Station, and has a variety of delicious restaurants nearby. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are clean. The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof. People talking and walking in the hallways are very audible. The sound of vehicles outside is also very audible. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is quite friendly, the hotel location is quite close to the iconic area in Semarang city, the breakfast is quite iconic but the room size is not too big for a vacation with family.

The problem was at check-in, it took a really long time to wait, 2 o'clock.

The bathroom is unique, with a separate toilet and shower for bathing. You only have to pay for 1 breakfast for a room with a capacity of 2 people, occupied by 1 adult + 2 children under 10 years old. Even though the breakfast variety is very limited, some of the food that was finished was not refilled even though it was still 8 o'clock.

We were in room 711 and when we got there, we found the sheets dirty, stained, and crumbly, smelling like they hadn't been washed/wet, compared to the towels which still smelled quite nice. The door was dirty and moldy, and many of the walls were peeling and moldy. Because we checked in late at night and were tired from traveling out of town, we could only accept the situation, after all, we were just in transit to sleep.
