We arrive after 7 Pm has to booking under the same name but upon check in we are told that the room is on the different flor, request to have a room on the same floor but was told it’s not available, I understand that room location it not guaranteed, but at least you could shows some concerns when I mentioned it not right out blame me for not informing the hotel. 2 rooms booked under the same name hotel should already at least look in to it. Once we check in we order in-room dining and it’s take a long time to be delivered to the room. After more than 45 minutes waiting I called the restaurant and was told that the food is ready but the one takes the order is a trainee and she forgot to take the room number and will deliver the food straight away.I understand that mistake is happened the one that is really upsetting is I still need to check again after around 15 minutes I was told that the food is on the way and still didn’t receive the food. So I called again to let them know and to check where’s the food. The guy on the phone told me to be more patient and wait until it is delivered as the staff is still delivering food on the level 3. I understand that the delay in delivering the food is because the trainee forget to take the room number but after my first follow up call and told me that food is on the way right away and it’s still need me to follow up again and for them to deliver food on the different floor so by the time we get the food is all cold. The crackers is soggy and the don’t bother to replaced it with the fresh one. I order some food from Grab 30 minutes after after I place the in-room dining order and the Grab order arrives earlier than the In room dining. For them to do that it is really infuriating our family being driving for 6 hrs and for the food to take that long and deliver cold. The food didn’t taste that great. I also seen the receptionist on the same night it’s happened to raise a complaint but until after I check out no one reached out.

Overall, the hotel and service were excellent. Although it's a 3-star hotel, the service and facilities were excellent. If we have the opportunity to visit Bali again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. I stayed with my husband and children. Since we were only in transit for one day, we only had one room for the three of us, and that was acceptable. Thank you. The hotel staff was very friendly, and even one of the female staff members who helped carry our luggage didn't show any irritation when we had to unload our many, some quite heavy, items. I don't remember having to help her because I was so tired after the long trip (suddenly the items were already unloaded in the room). The room was very clean and functional, but the lighting was a bit dim for working at night. The room was generally clean and the facilities were very adequate. The only downside was that the water in the toilet took a while to collect for a second, full flush after a bowel movement. Just a suggestion, a small table and seating area on the balcony would be ideal for working outside. Sometimes you need fresh air to think.

One of the best hotels in Kuta. I’ve booked this place several times whenever I visit Bali because it’s close to Serimpi, Kuta Beach, and the airport. The service is amazing. Even though check-in is at 2 PM, I was able to leave my luggage earlier and informed them that I’d arrive around 7 PM. When I got there, my room was already prepared and they had even brought my luggage up before I arrived. The room has a hairdryer, an amazing balcony view, a super comfortable bed, and of course there are great mirrors.

The check-in and out process is easy and fast without deposit. The room is clean, the AC is cold, the hot and cold shower is ok and super strong.
