Friendly staff. Favorite hotel for swimming because it has a sauna and jacuzzi. Delicious food. Atmosphere.

Cleanliness, comfort, and professional service. I've been a customer since 2019. A cozy place for a staycation. Last time I stayed, I left my charger cable behind, but it was secured safely. We're grateful that the staff are all honest. 👍👍👍

First time staying at this hotel for 2 nights. Insight: The cons first: 1. Facilities. The refrigerator wasn't cold at all. It was a shame to stay for 2 nights and not use it. I called the receptionist and they said a technician would come, but no one ever came. What a shame. 2. There's no free drinking water specifically for the rooms. There's only a dispenser in the hotel hallway, so you have to leave the room to bring a pitcher, haha (introverts/lazy people not recommended). 3. The TV is standard for a 4-star hotel, not a smart TV. Haftttt 4. The bathroom has standard amenities. But the soap smells really good. Love it ❤️. Oh yeah, change the soap dispenser model, it's so tiring pumping it out so little by little. The pros: 1. Service. Very good. The staff is friendly and polite, and the cleaning is good. My room wasn't cleaned because the staff came while I was still resting. So I skipped it. That night, I called to confirm whether they wanted to clean it. And were there any other requests? Good👍 2. Location. Close to the heart of Makassar and the Losari Beach area. A nice place to start your journey in Makassar. 3. Breakfast. Delicious❤️ Despite my frustration with the facilities not meeting my expectations, the breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of choices. But I only took a photo of what I ate, hehe. The pastries were so good. If I could take them back to my room, I would have brought some back to snack on because I love them. 4. The view was okay. A view of Makassar city. I've had enough, thank you

This hotel is a perfect choice for families with children. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it easy for both parents and kids to feel comfortable during their stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest after a long day.

It's pleasant with friendly staff, water can be refilled repeatedly, comfortable city views, close to gleal, KFC, etc. In short, it's comfortable here.

Check in was quick, unfortunately the city view wasn't good, because the room I was given didn't match.

The basement parking is very narrow, and the parking in front of the lobby is mostly closed to certain people only.

Friendly hotel staff, fast service if you need something, housekeeping is always quick to respond if there is a request for something.
