I stayed here with my wife's family. My wife and I booked a standard room with air conditioning, while my wife's family booked a regular standard room (with a fan). However, upon arrival, there was no fan, which I don't think is a big deal since the temperature in the hotel and its surroundings (highlands) is quite cool. Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable for a family staycation. The building and interior design are typical of the past. My only suggestion and criticism for the hotel is that it should pay more attention to cleanliness, especially the bathroom. Of course, I might return here again in the future. Thank you.

The room is very spacious because it's an old hotel. The facilities are standard. There's a mini balcony. If possible, look for a room below the restaurant. On the 6th floor, the view is guaranteed to be great and it's close to the parking lot. Unfortunately, we got a room near the elevator, but the room was in a corner. It was a bit spooky. Even without AC, the atmosphere was cool and cold. Always drink warm water or a windbreaker to maintain stamina. Next time, I'll try the one below the restaurant.

The hotel's ambiance is okay, even though it's an old hotel. The facilities are quite complete for a standard room. The staff are also very friendly and very helpful when we needed help. The food is quite varied. As for the price, I got it quite cheap even though it was already high season. The location is also quite affordable and strategic. Next time I want to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, and the security was very responsive in arranging parking. Room amenities, such as hot water, worked perfectly. However, the sink drain was a bit slow, and the TV only had one channel. Otherwise, everything was fine and quite satisfactory.

The hotel atmosphere is very serene. Hopefully next time I can stay again at the Royal View Hotel.

Overall, it's actually quite okay, the food is standard and can still be enjoyed even though the menu choices are not many. The standard room is an old building, the AC vibrates when turned on, making all the windows noisy. There are small children running around upstairs in the room, making loud thuds and thuds disturbing the sound. There is only one thing that is very disturbing, from the morning there has been a grass cutter whose motorbike is so loud right in front of the room. Can't it start when many guests have checked out? The management never thought about how disturbing this is, especially right in front of the room. I came all the way here with the intention of refreshing myself, but I couldn't enjoy it because it was so noisy. In terms of comfort, the stay was really lacking. Thank you.

The location is nice from the lobby, although there are a few unkempt spots as you enter the hallway. Room amenities are okay, except for the lack of tissue in the superior and deluxe rooms. Check-in was a bit slow.

The air is cold so I keep feeling sleepy, overall it's good, hopefully it will be more successful.

I prefer hotels like this, the old-school feel is felt but still homey. The atmosphere is very nice, those who want to find peace here are suitable. Food around the hotel is also available and affordable, in front of the hotel there is also an Alfamart perfect for snacks in the room 😂 The swimming pool is also clean. There are only a few places that need to be updated so it doesn't feel crowded even during the day. Oh yeah, breakfast here is a menu, no longer a buffet. But the taste is quite good.

The service and rooms are good and comfortable. The only downside is that the bathroom floor is slippery, causing the kids to slip even though they weren't running. The TV only has 4 channels, but only one can be viewed. The Wi-Fi sometimes connects, sometimes not. The breakfast is delicious, and the view is very pleasing to the eye. Thank you.
