1. A dark blue long shirt and a hiatus parachute jacket that I kept in the closet and left behind when I checked out, when I wanted to take the items. The items were not in the hanging closet. I clearly remember that I had not put the 2 items in my suitcase. My room was number 414. Please improve the integrity of the employees. Thank you.

When I checked in I asked if the room was non-smoking. The clerk said non-smoking. When I wanted to enter the room, I smelled cigarettes. But in the safe room there was no cigarette smell. But at 04:00 I woke up because I smelled cigarette smoke which made it difficult for me to breathe. I tried to go back to sleep but failed. The customer must give 200 thousand for a loss guarantee. What about the opposite, what does the customer get because they are disadvantaged?

The location is very strategic, near the mall, even across from the hotel there is an Indomaret, next to the hotel there is a cafe, basically it is easy to go anywhere.
