I recently had the opportunity to stay at Boss Hotel for two nights. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest assets, with its proximity to the beach and shopping areas making it an ideal choice for travelers. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. However, I did encounter some issues with noise disturbance, as the room was not soundproof. This allowed external noise and sounds from adjacent rooms to be easily audible. Unfortunately, I experienced some disruption to my rest due to noisy guests in neighboring rooms. The breakfast offered by the hotel was satisfactory, although the selection was somewhat limited. I was surprised to find that additional eggs for omelets were not available upon request. On a positive note, the hotel staff were courteous and friendly, providing good service throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at was mixed. While the hotel's location and staff were notable highlights, the noise issues and limited breakfast options detracted from my overall satisfaction.

I requested a note on the bed when I checked in, but when I got to the room, there wasn't any 😒

The room is dirty, the towels are dirty, the AC in the room is leaking. But the service is quite okay... the location is strategic in Kuta.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. We rented a motorbike directly from the hotel without an ID card because our data was already there, making it easier.

Good place, comfortable room conditions, swimming pool is also okay, even though we came during strong winds.

suitable for family vacation, we booked a family type room with 1 double bed & 1 bunk bed. equipped with 2 bathrooms & 2 TVs. with a price of 500 thousand for us it was very pleasant, we can still be in 1 room with the children without being far apart. 1 km from the beach, a distance that is not too far for those who like to enjoy walking.

It was a pleasant stay here, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, but the room had lots of ants and the lighting was poor.

Overall, this hotel is very good, clean, and the access to Kuta beach and the crowd is very close. Many places to eat outside the street. Great boss Legian.

So far, all aspects were good and nice. Yet, the room condition was a little bad. The wall paint was not as good as it should be. The water heater wasn't working well since the hot water was not that hot. In another room, the kettle was also not yet washed (maybe) since when my friend wanted to heat some water for a cup of noodle and she poured some water inside the kettle, it turned out that the water was like milk (Maybe the previous guest had had milk there and it's not washed yet afterwards). However, it's still a good place to visit and stay based on its comfiness and other aspects as well.

The family room is OK, but the room is not very clean, many hotel properties are already damaged and dirty. The bath towels are stained and smelly.

Suitable only for a night's rest

At night, this location is rather quiet.

The road in front of the hotel is a one-way road, so it's a bit difficult to order GoCar/Gojek, but we can walk about 200 meters to the main road in front of the hotel. In front of the hotel there is a minimarket. The room is comfortable and clean, the plus point is that the TV is already a smart TV, the kids really like it. The swimming pool is on the rooftop and there is an entertainment room, there aren't many games for kids, just a ball pool, lego, and rocking horses. I haven't tried the food because I didn't take the one with breakfast.

The condition of the room is not well maintained, for the same price you can still get other better hotels.
