I stayed here for two days. I often entered and exited through the lobby, and the front office staff never greeted or even said hello. They were indifferent to guests. They weren't very friendly when asked questions. I think I'm the only one who felt that way, but my friend felt the same way. The last room service order was 8, but they were already closed at 5:30.
The bathroom needs a periodic general cleaning to keep it clean and not yellow. The linens are okay, but the furniture, especially the wardrobe, is still dirty, especially the top one, which is very dirty.
The housekeeping staff was very welcoming and provided what we wanted.
I hope Citradream will develop and improve the quality of the rooms and human resources. Periodic training regarding hospitality is probably needed.
