The bathroom smells, the toilet seat is dirty like moldy items (I sprayed it with the bidet but it was gone) and the soap pump was broken so I had to call the receptionist to get soap and they didn't have any other place besides the one attached to the bathroom wall so the soap was put in a drinking bottle (they offered me the option of calling someone for maintenance but I didn't want to because I was tired and wanted to rest and there weren't any strangers in the room) before someone stayed, they should have made sure everything was okay. I stayed in room 502, please fix it even though the room I stayed in in Jogja was nice :(((

What is lacking is the parking space.

The bathroom drain was clogged, the bathroom walls were black as if they hadn't been cleaned and smelled of urine, the sheets and pillowcases were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Thank you.

booked a non-smoking room in 2 rooms 506, 507, but room 506 smelled of cigarettes and was moved to room 514. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken, the bathroom had stagnant water, and the sink was clogged. Hopefully, more attention can be paid to each room.

There are no free toothbrushes....usually there are a maximum of 2 free toothbrushes. The AC is very cold...I like it. The room is also clean,,,hot water is available

Near Lawang Sewu but the atmosphere is comfortable and not noisy at night (quiet sound of passing cars)... A pleasant Sunday morning atmosphere... The road is quiet/few vehicles pass by or because of CFD, yeah... Hahaha... But it's fun to stay here.
