Arriving at 1 past 1 o'clock, you couldn't check in early, waiting for half past 2 middle school, finally you were allowed to check in with other employees. G was given a towel so had to ask for it. The AC is cold, there is warm water, the strategic location is close to everywhere but the cleanliness is lacking, usually when you are dismantling the hotel you will find 2 small red plastic packages used from balloons.

Cheap, clean, really good hot water, comfortable, great.

The best budget accommodation ever. The bed so comfort, the air conditioner work very well (they should upgrade the blanket), the room and bathroom are clean, the hot water was great, strategic location, everything's perfect👌

experience overall are ok...but I didn't know there is hotels that has payment option like "paylater at hotel" which I mistakenly choose & ended up paying cash when I was at hotel...I figured "paylater" can only means I'm using my "paylater account"...so maybe that part needs a bit of fixing...

Just to sleep overnight. The hotel is B only, the bed is less comfortable especially in blankets, cleanliness is standard, but for its strategic location.

The hotel is good and affordable, suitable for budget travelling. The location is strategic and you can reach the Legian street easily by foot.

Service at the time of receiving guests check-in is not good (no one is on guard). The car park is difficult and the rooms are dirty with walls, the bathrooms smell.

Looks like Gana Inn has no collaboration with agents who work with Traveloka sites.

I like the room although it is small but nice, the outside sink looks exclusive, there is a window even though it is small and I like it, it's enough for backpackers like me.

Friendly price, very close to Kuta beach, clean rooms.
