I had quite a few issues with my room during my stay. The first room had a small cockroach, so they moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room smelled strongly of smoke and also had mosquitoes, so they moved me again. The third room was better overall, although there were still quite a lot of mosquitoes. There were also small flies and mosquitoes in the bathroom, even after I sprayed the room. I noticed that both the balcony door and the main door didn’t close properly, so I think there might be an issue with the building itself that makes it easy for insects to get inside. I ended up borrowing mosquito spray from the hotel and spraying the room myself. The furniture is quite old, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. Even the bedsheets had a few visible stains, which was not very pleasant. The staff were helpful when I requested to change rooms, so I appreciate that. However, overall, I still feel there are better options available. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The bedroom is quite spacious, and there is a mini fridge, which is great. Snacks are available in the room for a fee but at a very affordable price. The towels are thick, and the swimming pool is clean and quite spacious. The hotel is located close to everything. There is a 24-hour cafe in the lobby with pocket-friendly prices. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of menus. Unfortunately, there are no slippers in the room, there is no gym, and drinking water is provided in mini-sized sizes. Always be successful at Rofa Kuta Hotel, thank you.
