The hotel is comfortable, strategically located, and the food is delicious, my favorite is chicken katsu fried rice.

The hotel's location is great, close to the city center, on Jl. Dago, near the ITB campus. The breakfast was a bit of a surprise, as it was a one-guest-one-menu system. I took a family room with 4 beds.

Hotel infront Jl. Dago. Easy to access and have friendly staff.

Will come back to stay here again if I go to Bandung. The price is affordable, the room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, it is close to everything and is located in the city center. Recommend staying here.

I took the biggest room near the reception. All services are good from the reception to the security. I like it but the bathroom is a bit dirty. The cupboard is dusty in the room and the breakfast is not buffet..by order but the food is delicious. If it's for four people it's cool. I like it

The staff is friendly, responsive, the rooms are large, clean, the wifi is smooth, the hair dryer and others are satisfactory, next time I will stay again near Barromeus Hospital, just walking distance, the beef dishes have spices that are absorbed and the price is pocket-friendly.

Strategic location, on the main road, but not noisy to the room. With an efficient price but can be more. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. In the room is complete with a water heater, refrigerator, hairdryer, and wifi. Parking is also spacious and when you want to check out, the car is clean, washed for free. If you go to Bandung, God willing, stay at Palais again.

This hotel will need a major renovation/refresh. We stayed at a suite room and found a leakage mark on the ceiling and one of the wardrobe doors was missing.

Staying at Palois Dago was very pleasant, the staff were friendly and the rooms were big and clean; there was a free car wash service in the morning.

1. No signal at all in the room (blank) 2. No signal, finally used wifi and the WIFI was INTERFERED with. So there was really no signal. 3. The heater didn't work. The water in the bathroom was still cold 4. But the service was helpful

Spacious family room with bathtub, kids love staying here, got a great promo price. Too bad there is no swimming pool.

The room is very spacious for the price of 300. The car is cleaned every day, the restaurant above is too salty for me. Unless you mix 2 plates of rice.

The experience of staying at Palais Dago Hotel was chosen because it is close to ITB. We stayed the first day at 205 then the second day moved to 105. When we entered the room it was fragrant... All the linens also smelled fresh. Keep it up. This is the first time I have found a hotel with linen this fragrant. The location is close to everywhere. Delicious food can be ordered to the room. On Sunday morning you can join CFD before checking out. Thank you
