There are many fun activities not only for children but also for teenagers and adults.

A good experience of stay yet the wifi was not good. Couldn’t access wifi from area outside the lobby.

Very satisfied. The hotel is clean and smells good. The food is varied and delicious. The swimming pool is clean.

Old hotel but still maintained clean, friendly service, delicious food, friendly staff, lots of activities including playground + swimming pool + gym etc.

Overall everything is ok, I have been to this hotel several times but the food has decreased in taste and variety (the first time I went to Singhasari in 2019 the food was really delicious, the taste is typical of 5 stars and there are many variations). Is it because the restaurant management is different, I hope there will be changes.

the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, various morning activities can be an option. swimming, jogging around the hotel area, billiard ping pong sports are also available. breakfast has a very diverse menu and in my opinion everything suits the tongue. the hotel parking lot is also spacious. the cold atmosphere typical of Batu city makes the atmosphere more comfortable. the room is quite spacious and in the hotel area there are interesting spots for aesthetic photos to capture holiday moments.

Staying at this hotel is a top notch, the staffs are very friendly and helpfull, great ambience, clean bedroom, good taste of meals, and variety activities can be chosen. Surely will be back

VERY satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and also in providing solutions to a problem. Friendly and well mannered. The hotel area is very attractive and beautiful. Stone and wood ornaments, welcoming customer facilities provided around the hotel area are very numerous. So customers can sit back and relax while completing check-in / check-out matters. Room for improvement is in the toilet facilities in the room, maybe the wooden sliding gate can be replaced permanently or a closed door.

The hotel staff are very friendly, looking after the children in the playground.
