The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is close to the station or bus stop, so it is easy to access transportation.

It's quite good for that price, but the bed is not very comfortable. The air conditioner drips onto the mattress. The location is very strategic, close to the station and bus stop.

For this price, it's honestly worth it, although there are some drawbacks, one of which is the smell of the room when you open it, it's like it's musty and damp, which maybe you could add some air freshener to. And secondly, the room isn't soundproof, so the next room is noisy.

I didn't expect to get an experience like a great hotel at such a cheap price. I want to try it again if I go to Jakarta again.

Disconfort smell of bathroom, in the morning time

Alhamdulillah, my first experience staying at Twins Hotel was quite satisfying, in an affordable price range, the cleanliness was okay, the facilities were also okay. The AC was cold, there was also hot water. The staff were also very friendly. Anyway, thank God I was satisfied.

My cousin and I stayed here and it was really good, far from our expectations. For a cheap price, a room like this is REALLY GOOD!

For the price, it's worth getting complete facilities, TV, AC, hot water shower. It's just that there is no drinking water & the shower is a bit clogged so only a little water comes out in room 306. If the room floor is upgraded to a bright color, it might be even better

Thank God I found this hotel! I found it unique cause there's almost no bad review from others! Just stayed for 1 night cause I wanted to go to the 2ne1 concert in BCIS. This hotel location is just 8 kms from the concert hall. The price is affordable, the room was large for just 1 person (especially for muslim, we can pray in spacious area in our room). The bedroom, bathroom, or even hotel corridor was super clean! They give you towel & soap. There is no free water, but you can buy it in nearest local shop~ The hotel is next to Jakarta Kota rail station, so yes! There's so many shops sorrounding the hotel. The staff was so friedly too. I had best experience there, surely will go back here again! Thank you:)

The hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly, close to Mangga Dua, Old Town, Soetta airport transit point, suggestion is to make the hotel nameplate bigger so it is easy to see.

The room is adequate for the needs of 1 person for one or two nights in transit.

Overall good, access, service. But for those who like watching TV, it's a bit difficult to turn it on and the AC has to wait a few minutes to cool down and for cleanliness it has to tell you whether the room wants to be cleaned.
