The hotel staff is friendly, basically everything is pleasant.

A comfortable stay with a varied breakfast. Stayed at the Grand HAP Hotel Solo on October 8–9, 2026, in a Superior Room with a large bed, including breakfast for 2 people. Got a room on the 5th floor number 502 with a city view. Check-in and check-out were fast, welcome snacks were provided, Wi-Fi was stable, cold AC, and a Smart TV. The bathroom shower also had strong water pressure. Breakfast was a plus, with a diverse and delicious selection of food, including jamu beras kencur, kunyit asam, soft pastries and cakes, and delicious sweet porridge. The staff was also friendly, making the atmosphere feel comfortable like home. Some things that still need to be improved are the thoroughness of room cleanliness, the speed of answering the phone and fulfilling guest requests, and staff responsiveness when passing guests. Service during breakfast, especially the removal of dirty dishes, and coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering also need to be strengthened. Overall, the Grand HAP Hotel Solo already has good facilities and service potential. I convey this input as a form of appreciation so that the hotel's quality becomes more consistent. It's perfect for staycations or working from home thanks to its stable Wi-Fi. We wish the entire Grand HAP Hotel Solo team continued success and continued success.

The hotel is quite close to the city center. Every Sunday morning, it's just a short walk to the CFD. Luckily, I chose a family room so I didn't need an extra bed. Parking is limited in front, but there is a valet service behind the hotel. Food refills are needed to accommodate more guests. Overall, everything is fine.

Good service, very helpful staff, check-in and check-out process was very fast. This hotel has a swimming pool and fitness area, as well as a playground for children. As a suggestion for the hotel, the swimming pool should be assigned a guard to make children safer and require them to wear swimsuits. Give a warning if they don't use it. When my child was going to swim, there were two adults who were just soaking without wearing swimsuits. The food is very varied and delicious. Please improve the cleanliness of the cutlery.
