The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and it's close to the city center. I recommend staying here.

The staff was nice, but when we stayed, we got a room on the 3rd floor, which was quite a climb up and down the stairs because there was no elevator. The room was clean, but the bed and sheets weren't very comfortable... a bit dirty.

The bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom is dirty and not clean, the hot water does not function, the TV is still ordinary, not Android. The building needs to be renovated or repainted to make it look neater, cleaner and brighter.

It's a shame that the cleanliness of the room is very lacking, there are cigarette butts in the bathroom. The spring mattress can be felt on the body and the room smells unpleasant. Needs to be improved.

For the staff it's good. Kind and friendly. For the room, I'm sorry I was a bit shocked. Given a room on the top floor, 3rd floor, there is no lift. The room was dirty, the bed cover looked like it hadn't been washed. Itchy rash. The walls are not neat, the bathroom is dirty, the bed sheets don't look like they've been replaced, I'm not comfortable with the cleanliness. Lots of bloodstains on the mattress. The AC is not cold, the hot water doesn't work. Hopefully in the future it can be paid attention to.

Maybe you can pay attention to mopping the floor. The liquid can be mixed with other cleaners so it doesn't smell fishy.

According to the price, hopefully this can be constructive input. Friendly staff, helped by a bellboy to lift suitcases. There is no elevator on the 3rd floor. Not recommended for the elderly, even young people are breathless. The bed sheets smell good but are dull and have lots of stains. The bed mattress is no longer suitable (must be upgraded), the walls are peeling so that when you sleep it causes an unpleasant odor from the damp walls. The pillow sheet was torn. The bathroom door was almost broken (the wood). The iron towel rack is peeling so it looks scary, the toilet water tank has cracks (risk of breaking if used), the chairs in the TV area have stains. Incidentally the water heater cannot be used at 3 am, in the afternoon the water heater can be used. Thanks.
