The elevator was broken, while we got a room on the 3rd floor, I can't imagine bringing elderly people, mineral water was not available in the room, tissue was only in the bathroom... the room was not soundproof, it was right next to a noisy room with the sound of the TV

The staff is very friendly, initially we got lost at De Laxston but the staff took us to the Laxston Hotel.
