We were on a business trip and the hotel happened to be close to our meeting.

I booked for 3 nights and has requested a higher level non-smoking room. I was told at check-in that the higher level room wasn't ready. I could get back at 5 o'clock or to change the room the next day if I still wanted to. So, I decided to get the room which was on level 3 and it was so noisy as it is at the same level as the lobby. The next day, I requested a change and got a level 5 one with the hope to sleep better and quieter. Hence, I woke up in the middle of the night as I heard a birthday surprise party. People shouted and sang a happy birthday which was so distruptive. The room on level 5 was slightly more spacious. Both rooms' amenities were the same, with hair dryer, tooth paste and tooth brush, as well as towels were provided. Wifi connection was good, and we could order latte or long black from the restaurant instead of having an instant one at the room. Other than this, the rest was okay. The staff were helpful, check in and out process was easy and striaghtforward. Cleanliness was an okay for this type of hotel, and the good thing is there are few restaurants at ground floor.

When I go to Jakarta, I always stay at Ozone Hotel PIK because it's close to everywhere and the staff are friendly and fast to respond if I need anything.

I stayed at this hotel because the access to my house was flooded, so I booked it on the last minute through Traveloka. The price difference was around 200,000 rupiah (not bad for snacks). Check-in and check-out were easy. However, there was a long line at check-in because many people were staying at the hotel on a whim, like me (either the access to their house or their house was flooded).

The hotel staffs were friendly, huge car parking area, location great within the city center, room and bathroom was clean. Expect the room to be small as it is in the city center area, but it was comfy and enough for transit/short trip. Below the hotel, in the same building, there are some restaurant, coffee shop and shops. Check in process was smooth, only need to show ID and pay 200k for deposit and they returned when check out. We also got our room upgraded, thank you!

Several times here it was okay, but yesterday it was really bad, the glass broke even though the glass was never touched, let alone used.

The price for OZONE is quite good, with the facilities available.

The rooms are great, a top choice for running events at PIK2. The restaurant downstairs is also worth it, including Richeese. If you're looking for coffee, there's also a restaurant with reasonable prices.

The hotel is strategically located and not too expensive. It's comfortable, too. It's close to everything. Every time I go to Jakarta, I always stay here because I love the PIK area.
