The bathroom exhaust is broken so it smells a bit

The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, the view is very beautiful, and the room facilities are complete and comfortable.

The worst part is the receptionist is really slow and unclear!! And the room doesn't have a hairdryer even though the price is quite good. Hotels that cost around 500 sometimes have hairdryers.

Overall, the hotel is good and the service was good during check-in and check-out. However, the bathroom walls in the villa look like they haven't been cleaned for a long time.

The staff is friendly, the location is easy to reach & the view of the beach and mountains is memorable for my family 👍

The hotel rooms are highly recommended for families, especially those with small children. I chose a room overlooking the beach. As soon as we opened the door, we could immediately go to the beach.

The hotel staff was very friendly, as soon as we arrived, even though it was only 1 pm before check-in time, the staff immediately suggested we play on the beach first.

The sliding door to the balcony is stuck - The sound from the next room is clearly audible - There's no chicken or meat, only tough fish - It's better to empty the minibar than to have guests assume they've taken it when they haven't, or to videotape the moment they enter the room, like we're unboxing a package... sob.. - Parking is far away, if you want it close, you have to pay - I've been here before, and it was much nicer..

Hotels and villas that have direct access to the beach, yesterday I was at Villa Haringin, the room needed extra cleaning because there was a lot of dust near the bed. The restaurant food was delicious, but the price for dinner wasn't worth it.

Even though it is far from Palembang, the tiredness of the journey is paid off by the views and atmosphere.

This is my first time here. The place is comfortable, clean, the service is friendly, it's close to the beach. Thank God the weather is good. I hope I can plan to come here again with the kids.

Please fix the swing. There's a swing on IG, but there's none in real life.

Please fix the swings on the beach. The Instagram post shows a swing, but in reality, there isn't one. And the Wi-Fi is slow, too. That's all. Overall, everything is good.

The Wi-Fi is slow, there's no prayer mat, and the smart TV needs updating. The other downsides are the best.

We need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the villa/room.

The beach is dirty, there are lots of coral and shell fragments.
