Close to the airport and shuttle bus available, breakfast is varied and delicious, but getting to the hotel is not very practical.

My only concern, unrelated to the hotel, is the unfriendly surrounding streets. There's a convenience store nearby, less than a five-minute walk away, but the road to it is very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and affordable prices near the airport

I have stayed here several times because I had to leave for CKG airport very early in the morning. I was very satisfied with the transit, being picked up and dropped off at the airport as needed. Breakfast is also available early in the morning, making it suitable for travelers who have to leave at 3 am.

The staff are very kind and friendly to arrange airport pick-up/drop to check-in/out. The location is very good for transit at Jakarta airport with in-house restaurant 24 hrs which is very convenient.

Amazing how they give free pick up and drop off to the airport, so it makes us convenience and their breakfast ready at 2.30 in the morning, great for us too who need to take off early in the morning; room and staff hospitality also nice. Thank you Orchardz, will come back again

This hotel is very close to the airport and PIK, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, the shuttle to the airport is very helpful when we asked to be picked up from the airport to the hotel, they immediately responded and picked us up, the employees are very friendly.

Staying at the Orchard Hotel, the telephone operator, receptionist, and other facilities are just for show. We called dozens of times but they wouldn't pick up, until I went down to the receptionist, I ordered a prayer mat. Only the officer said, "Just get ready" to be delivered to the room, Until I checked out, there weren't even 2 prayer mats. I plan to tell my friends not to stay at the Orchard Hotel at all.

The room is okay, very close to the airport, there is a shuttle service to the airport but I didn't use the facility because I brought my own car to be left at the Soewarna car park.

We chose this hotel because it's close to the airport. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off. The rooms are adequately sized and clean. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price. Unfortunately, international flights require a long walk to the domestic arrivals area for pick-up.
