Friendly hotel staff, nice & complete place 🤗

Friendly and kind, basically it's a decent place to stay.

Plus: Check-in and check-out were fast. The receptionist and security guard in the back parking lot were friendly and very helpful. It's easy to find food nearby. The downside is the slow Wi-Fi. The new towels smelled musty, as if they hadn't dried properly, but were given to guests. The pillows weren't soft and needed replacing. And there was no refrigerator, even though my friends booked the same room type with one (room 212).

- Stayed on the 7th floor, had a lot of luggage. No porter took the initiative to help. - The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, so carrying a lot of luggage from the 6th to the 7th floor requires effort.
