The AC suddenly started making a loud noise around 2 a.m. The staff immediately came to the room. It turned out the AC was broken. So, at 2 a.m., we were ready to move to another room.

I stayed for one night in a Deluxe room. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. I actually booked the wrong dates, but the hotel was willing to accommodate my needs. The hotel has a rooftop with views directly over Mount Salak and Pengrango, which is especially beautiful in the morning.

The hotel is quite good, with a swimming pool and a rooftop. The staff are friendly, and if possible, a TV near the pool could be used for karaoke, which would be great. There's plenty of food around the hotel; the grilled chicken in front of the hotel is delicious and affordable.

The hotel staff are all okay.. friendly and polite... the downside is that the room I stayed in was dripping water from above.. also the room was a bit stuffy and smelly. Breakfast needs to be looked at again.. the heavy menu is only one type, there are no other choices... but other than that, it's okay
