I stayed for 2 nights on Saturday and Sunday, with a choice of a deluxe twin room (price per night around ++ 400K). The reason was because there was a hot water kettle in the room. When I arrived to check in, I got a room on the 2nd floor (forgot the room number) and the corner room (at the end), about a 15-20 meter walk from the elevator. When the room was opened, a musty and damp smell felt uncomfortable. I decided to change rooms and a position closer to the elevator. The only available room was a deluxe double room with an additional fee of 50K per night, so a total of 2 nights = 100K (plus a 50K deposit at check-in). The double deluxe room number was 202. When I entered, the first thing I checked was that the bed sheet was worn out as if it had been used for years. If possible, buy a new one once a year (like a high-end bed sheet). Plus, there were several strands of hair scattered around. Okay, the bed sheet was changed by a new staff member, but even the replaced one had stains. I gave up, too lazy to say I wanted to change the bed sheet again (I swear 🥹 this is how hotel maintenance is). After the staff left the room, I checked the toilet. Again, there were small pieces of dirt on the toilet seat, the smell was still fresh, the smell of dirt. I swear, in the end I cleaned it myself. Again, I had to wipe all the tables with wet wipes, the result was dusty (asking in a gentle tone, did the staff really clean the room or not? If 1 room is cleaned and cleaned and washed, the work takes at least 15 minutes to complete). For everything else, it's safe. AC is okay. Hot and cold shower is okay. TV channels, forget it. The staff are okay, all nice and friendly. Good location. Some of the tile floors are about to come off. The rooftop is good for coffee in the morning or afternoon. The pool area, rest or cafe seems unused, maybe because it's being renovated. The rest I can handle.

It is quite comfortable, the facilities are also complete and according to what is stated.

So good staying in here for a one-night trip.

The staff is friendly, but it's not soundproof from the outside.. and some of the guests on the same floor are very noisy.

If you go to Bogor, you will definitely stay here... I don't want to go to another hotel anymore...

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious. The telephones in the rooms and bathrooms need updating to make them look less dated. I love the rooftop area.

The bedroom was clean, the bathroom was clean... but the AC hadn't been cleaned for a long time, it seemed... the filter was covered in thick dust/plugged... I was forced to wash it myself in the bathroom... finally after washing it, the room was quite cool.

Friendly service. Clean rooms. A comfortable place to stay.

I've been to Bogor five times and always stay here. The price is quite reasonable, and the service is excellent. Keep it up, Izzi!

The room interior is very clean, the deluxe double is spacious, the bathroom is clean, there's Google TV, and the amenities are complete. Highly recommended for a stay.

A budget hotel with affordable prices. There are many food stalls in front of the hotel. It's close to Indomaret and a coffee shop.

I'm really sorry about Izi Hotel, its location is very strategic, directly to the toll road. However, the comfort and cleanliness of the room are not very satisfying. This is a hotel class, but the facilities are like those of a guesthouse (red door). Asked for a smoking area, but the room had a hot AC, and the bathroom had a clogged drain. The telephone in the room was just a display, it couldn't be used. The sheets had stains that wouldn't come off. Although the staff was friendly when they helped fix the AC, after that the AC went back to being hot again.

The location is strategic and the parking is quite spacious. The rooms are quite comfortable.

Comfortable hotel, I'm a regular here. However, this time when I checked in, there were several cockroaches on the table and in the bathroom. It's also quite noisy at night, the noise can even reach the room, but so far so good. Recommended for those in Bogor, as there are plenty of street food stalls nearby.

Since it's only an overnight transit, I think it's recommended for those who are tired to rest at Izi Hotel.

My mother loved the room with the front balcony, but unfortunately couldn't stay the last two nights. So she moved to another hotel.
