Why does the pillow case have a strange smell? I don't know how to describe it, it just smells weird and the AC isn't cold, and the bathroom sink looks like it's about to come off 🫡 It's like the hotel didn't prepare it🥲

The room is very bad I want my money back

forced to check in because there was a family event in the ballroom, on that day there was a power outage at the house. the room is spacious but really needs repair, the floor of the room is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the corridor is dirty like it has never been cleaned. too bad, even though access to the restaurant etc is easy ... the swimming pool is also dirty, strangely when checking out the stained sheets were asked to compensate 300 thousand. laaah whose stains are those, we don't eat yellow soup. we are not wrong, we answered and honestly, it's not our stains. I'm fed up, I won't do it again if it wasn't yesterday because I was forced, if it's still like that I don't recommend staying here. one more thing, there are cockroaches in the room 😁

It's really ironic. How can more than 2 guests be charged, even though there is no such charge in any other hotel. There is no wifi, it's dirty, it looks like the hotel is not well maintained. I'll give up on this hotel.

TV is broken, AC is not cold, room smells like damp

The service of the staff at check in was very impolite. Even the check in and check out process was very long, it could take up to 30 minutes. And also the hotel area is very dirty and noisy

The TV is dead in all the rooms, it's broken and it can't turn on at all, the shower water comes out when it's low and likes to turn off, the AC is leaking, there's no coffee, sugar, hot water for cooking.

Almost all bathrooms are damaged.

AC is noisy! Can not sleep! When I wanted to move rooms, the receptionist answered that I was told to wait until morning! I couldn't sleep all night! I paid, not free!

Hotels that are not well maintained are less comfortable for a staycation.

Kamar mandi lama tidak dipakai, kamar tidur pengap, lampu utama mati hanya pakai lampu meja, TV pakai STB itupun tidak tersambung.

Hotel nya jorok sekali/TV nya mati. Cukup sekali saja nginap di situ.

Suasana hotel nya spooky bangunan nya kaya ga keurus kurang bersih pintu nya juga masih pakai kunci saya aja begitu check langsung keluar lagi ga jadi karena takut 🫣.

Di awal cek in ada biaya tambahan katanya di aplikasi belum di update.
