The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during the check-in process.

Checked in at 7 PM and got room 106. I had to climb a few stairs, but it was okay since I only had one small suitcase. The pool isn't very big, but it's enough for kids. There's a 0.5M deep pool and a 1.1M deep pool. I didn't try the food, so I don't know what it tastes like. In my room, the hot water was a bit odd. It wasn't exactly warm throughout the shower, even though it was set to be warm. Instead, it came out very hot at first, then cooled down a bit, and then warmed up. So, when the hot water came out, I avoided it. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future, as my child had to keep going back and forth in the shower to avoid the hot water (it was so hot that it even smoked). But I had a spacious stay here, and there's a Warmindo and Circle K behind the hotel. Thanks!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, close to the FO, the kids love it, and can walk to the FO. If I go to Bogor, I will stay here again.

The bathroom doesn't use fragrance so it smells a bit bad, the food is not very varied, the swimming pool is small, it's close to the mall and botanical gardens. Thank you

The receptionist is not helpful, deposits should also be made using QRIS, bank transfers or whatever. Customers should not have to look for an ATM first to ask for cash. It's 2025 with many payment methods, and this is not the second time I've booked at the Permata Hotel. There are still many better hotels, with the same price and definitely friendlier receptionists.
