With very affordable prices, this hotel is highly recommended due to its complete facilities and friendly service.

The room is still under renovation, many things are damaged.

The female hotel staff were unfriendly, while the male staff were. Many of the rooms were broken, including the hot water pipes.

I don't recommend staying here. The hot water doesn't work, and the rooms are still being renovated. The staff are unfriendly. When I requested a late check-out due to hot water issues, I couldn't shower, and instead I was told to pay.

The staff immediately started serving another guest who was complaining, even though we were in the middle of checking in. They should have taken care of things one by one, not interrupted like that. The bathroom smelled bad, and the sink was clogged. What a bummer 🤦🏼

The room they occupied still smelled of cigarette smoke from the previous occupant. They were not provided with mineral water.

The bathroom didn't have a mat. Upon check-out, there was a bill for coffee, even though I hadn't ordered it and the bill was dated last month. Whether it was intentional or not, I don't know. I hope the receptionist is more thorough.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the room and the AC is not cold.

The photos and reality are completely opposite, the hotel is very gloomy and gives a scary impression, our family and I don't feel at home.

Asked for a non-smoking room, but was given a room full of cigarette smell, very uncomfortable.
