The location is okay. The cleanliness of the room and the food could probably be improved. The staff is friendly and responsive.

This is my second time. The first time I was flaky until 3 a.m. because I couldn't sleep because the room next door was hot. I tried again the following month, and it might be more comfortable. They did give me a bigger room, but the AC was really hot. As a result, in Bandung, a cold city, it was stuffy in a room with a malfunctioning AC. I complained, but there were lots of excuses. I asked to be moved because I was tired, but I didn't say anything. I probably won't stay again, that's the last time. I'd rather find another hotel if I go to Bandung. Even though I'm far from Jakarta, I stayed without getting any compensation or solution from the receptionist.

Room: The room was clean and odor-free, the bed was made up, bath towels were provided, and the bathroom was odor-free and non-slip. Service: The hotel receptionist was friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was easy and fast. Location: I found the location strategic because the hotel is located on a main road, making it easy to find. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel 👍.

The rooftop view of the restaurant is stunning, allowing you to have a relaxing breakfast while enjoying the beautiful view. The food variety and cleanliness could be improved.

It was quite pleasant, access to the city was quite close even though it was a one-way street and the room was quiet and comfortable enough for resting.

Breakfast menu is only one type, the room is narrow.

Stayed here for one night, took the deluxe twin bed. The bed was comfortable and spacious, with two pillows and one bolster per bed, which was really nice. There was also a sofa bed in the room. This hotel is truly nice, even though the elevator is cramped, hehe.

My first time staying here, I checked in late at night with other guests. The room next to mine was incredibly noisy, with no soundproofing, like the mattress being moved around, and it was so disturbing that I went out in the middle of the night to get something to eat. It turned out they were still making noise until 2 a.m. I called the front desk and they didn't answer, so I went downstairs to complain because it was already 2 a.m. and the noise was still there until 3 a.m., and I had an event at 6 a.m. and couldn't sleep. The room next door didn't quiet down until 3 a.m. I don't know if they reprimanded me or not, but I couldn't rest until 3 a.m. because the noise was right next to mine. It was very unpleasant.

Next time if it's the weekend, please ensure the app is properly closed, because it's a pity if someone has already paid, expecting to get accommodation, but it turns out it's not possible 🥹🙏 but overall it's okay, so far staying there has been good and comfortable. Keep up the spirit ❤️

The room has a window, but no view, the view is a wall. The AC is not cold. Amenities must be requested, booked 1 room for 2 people but no towels are provided, only 1 toothbrush is provided, slippers are not available, only when asked for it is given. For a room cost of 400k (including tax) the facilities are still not quite right. The beauty can still be improved. Thank you
