Not maintained, the refrigerator looks like it's already broken, the inside is black, the toilet is damp, far from the displayed photo, the elevator is completely dead as if it hasn't been used for a long time. The wardrobe doesn't seem to dare to be opened.

The toilet is quite dirty, there are no curtains, the toilet is hard to flush, there is a lot of black mold on the walls, for that price it should at least be clean, the mattress and pillow cases are all dirty and yellow.

old building, broken bathroom shower, no tissue, no bathroom mat, broken list, still had drink residue from previous guests in the refrigerator, and there was dirt from previous guests under the mattress, worst experience ever!

I don't know what kind of basic hotel this is, but it's definitely not recommended for families on vacation, especially for those with special sixsense abilities. Dark rooms, very improper bathrooms, broken elevators, dark and eerie atmosphere.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Jusenny Hotel. I only lasted two hours before deciding to check out and find another hotel. The photos online were very misleading, and the reality was far from what I expected. The room was not clean and well-maintained, and the furniture was old and worn out. The elevator was also out of order, and I was placed on the top floor. It's no wonder the price was so cheap.

For such a cheap price, it is very affordable. No complaints.

I checked in at 3 pm and checked out at 5 pm. The hotel was really messy, the sheets and pillows were very smelly and dirty. The photos on Traveloka may have been taken from a newly built hotel. The condition of the hotel is very bad now.

There are many damages. Had to change rooms 3 times. All the rooms smell of cigarettes even though the reservation is non-smoking. There are no lights in the corridors of the rooms/there are some but some are off, so it feels like a horror atmosphere. Not recommended for. Currently.
