The location is strategic, and if you get bored, you can just stroll around the mall. The comfortable rooms just need some freshener to make them smell nicer when you enter. Breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of options.

A pleasant experience staying at The Rich. The rooms are spacious and clean. Complete amenities. Close to the city center. Suitable for families due to the large twin beds. Fast service. However, there was no welcome drink when I arrived, even though the room wasn't yet available. Hopefully, the service can be improved.

I have stayed at this hotel twice when I went to Jogja. The rooms are comfortable, the single beds are quite large, all the staff are friendly, the check-in process is fast, and the hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very easy if you want to find food outside the hotel.
