From the beginning, I unloaded my luggage myself, even loaded my luggage onto the trolley myself, pushed the trolley all the way to the room myself, no hotel staff helped, the receptionist was just silent, there was a male staff member beside the elevator who was just silent, the service was very bad, they saw the hotel guests busy carrying their luggage and pretended not to see.

Last time I was here was in 2019. Now I'm back in 2025 and why is the room so bad? The bathroom door handle is about to come off, the curtains are very dirty with lots of white spots, the bed is uncomfortable, the swimming pool is foamy. Huh, what a shame, even though it was the best hotel in my opinion.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. While the hotel looks nice, the parking lot is small and cramped. Please pay more attention to the room. The bed sheets weren't very clean, but luckily housekeeping helped change them. This is my first time experiencing a hotel like this 🙃 There are lots of stories to tell.

Many of the cars were damaged, such as cupboard doors that wouldn't close, cracked sinks, wallpaper that was starting to peel, and scratched cupboard equipment, dirty carpets but all the facilities were complete, and the food was delicious and had lots of choices.

Check in must be on time because sometimes when you come from out of town there is work that requires you to take a bath. Store your belongings. Then always check the cleanliness of the room for leaking facilities and if there are any that cannot be used for fear of electric shock.
