You won't regret staying here.

It's really the right place to refresh for those who are bored or to avoid the traffic jam at Puncak. You can try this place. The place is quiet, far from the crowd, surrounded by green trees. You get a welcome drink, plus snacks after Maghrib. The breakfast is delicious even though the menu is small. There are trekking spots, jogging tracks, clean swimming pools. There are many cafes with beautiful views around there. It's perfect for those who want to release and need a quiet place.

I booked two rooms and stayed with my family. Very satisfying...

This is our second time at the Albero Hotel. It's one of our favorites because of its excellent facilities, friendly staff, clean rooms, and clean and beautiful surroundings.

Friendly hotel staff, clean rooms

Planned to stay 1 day but added 2 days because it was very comfortable, the view was nice and the staff from the security, front office and restaurant staff were all friendly. The food was delicious. The price of the restaurant is also affordable. Next time, hopefully I'll come here again for a vacation 😁

Best view next, I want to bring my extended family here even though the road to get there is bad, but it pays off with the hotel and there is a cafe under the sky to watch the sunset near the hotel.

Only the access road to the location needs to be improved, the rest is okay in my opinion.

the view is amazing, the hotel grounds are very well maintained. but the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms needs to be improved, as someone with dust allergies, it's really torturous.

the service is good, borrowing hair dryer & ironing is also available. the room is spacious, pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the walls should not be crusty. the breakfast menu is improved again in terms of taste & variety.

Ambience: cool air because it is surrounded by trees, but because there are many noisy guests, it is not comfortable! Room: the mattress makes your back hurt, it sags in the middle. Those who usually stay in 4* or 5* hotels should be prepared to suffer. The hallway to the room is like a boarding house. Restaurant: breakfast only has chicken porridge, fried rice and noodles, fried eggs, and toast, cut fruits and crackers. Don't expect other menus! The reception staff in front of the restaurant, remember his name: ISKAK, blue shirt, middle-aged, dares to belittle people. I wonder if he can't afford additional breakfast? What annoys me most about ordinary people who are so arrogant! Reception staff: okay, the lady is very friendly, unfortunately I forgot her name. Overall: just once, go back to Padma or Aston.
