Clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere, strategic location. The only downside was the leaking AC, dripping onto the floor. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.

The location is quite close to Tunjungan Plaza, if you want to go to Jalan Tunjungan it's also not far. The surrounding area is also full of street food vendors (mostly selling in the afternoon towards evening, until night), the hotel service especially Housekeeping is also GREAT. Very friendly, very helpful. Appreciate the housekeepers❣️. The only minus of this hotel is in the bathroom, it does smell a bit unpleasant, maybe from the drain or something. But it is too smelly. Then coincidentally when I stayed yesterday, the guests around the room on the 3rd floor were very busy, noisy until night. They kept chatting in the hotel hallway (not their own room) so their voices could be heard clearly into my room (noisy until night).

The room has a Smart TV, so you can relax and watch YouTube or Netflix before bed. The Wi-Fi is also smooth, not slow, so you can work or stream safely. The room is clean, comfortable, and not cramped. The bed is soft, the AC is cold, and the hot water runs continuously. It's perfect for resting after touring the city. The plus point is that it's very close to nightlife spots. No matter how late you get hungry, you won't panic. Overall, this is the type of hotel that makes you feel at home because it's practical and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing staycation or a business trip that doesn't want any hassle. 👍

I've stayed here many times, the rooms are quite spacious, and they even have Netflix. Unfortunately, they don't offer breakfast.
