The staff is still less than welcoming to guests. It would be better if every staff member greeted guests with a friendly greeting. The carpet, if it's repaired, could be renovated. 🙏👍

From the past until now, this hotel is still good and comfortable.

The only thing missing is the breakfast menu. If possible, refill what's gone. But other than that, everything is great!

The hotel is strategic, the food is delicious, the facilities should be complete, but the towels were forgotten.

The television is outdated. The room feels hot, and the air conditioning needs to be cooler. The bathtub's water tap is too small. The foam overflows when unplugged. Water leaks from the bathtub. There's a refrigerator, but it doesn't work.
