Comfortable for vacationing with family

Apartment hotel, quite old and needs interior renovation. Service is quite good. AC is cold, water is also quite strong and hot enough. Kitchen equipment that needs to be equipped again to suit the number of guests. Hotel internet cannot be connected to the room TV so the Smart TV facility is wasted, even though the TV is good. The cupboard is a bit damaged, the door is difficult to slide, the glass is also cracked. Breakfast is quite varied and quite tasty.

Every family vacation to Medan always stays in this apartment. Comfortable, good food, good service.

Strategic location, good service, clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful city view and swimming pool from the balcony. And the bedroom. The only thing lacking in breakfast, the taste and variety are lacking. The rest is great.

The staffs ' attitudes were very unfriendly and work processing time was very slow. And there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and I was embarrassed because the facilities were already broken.

It's actually nice there if you bring your family..the only problem is that there are a lot of small cockroaches"..especially in the bathroom..hopefully only that room has cockroaches..it's not too comfortable with the cockroaches..for him everything is good the only problem is the small animals..next if you bring your family there again.. hopefully only that room has the minimalist animal..

The room looks old, and the mattress is no longer soft. Not recommended.
