The staff is very friendly, the food is also delicious, the comfort of the room is also very comfortable and clean❤️

From the rooms, facilities to the great service, it is highly recommended if you are looking for a cheap hotel but with appropriate facilities.

The room is poorly maintained and the AC is not cold at all, so if you stay during the day it will be hot, and at night it will be cold because of the coastal area. In addition, the blanket is thin and the room has many holes so that centipedes can enter the room.

Best accomodations when visit to Gili Trawangan, worth it to visit this hostel.

When checking in, the lights were off and the bulbs had to be replaced. And the shower faucet was rusty and mossy.

Pokoknya nyaman staycation di Intan In Hostel, service nya bagus dan sangat memuaskan, mulai dari penyediaan kamarnya cepet, pelayanan kamarnya bagus dan bersih. Untuk stafnya sangat friendly, dan yang terakhir untuk breakfast nya sangat memuaskan. Bagi yang ingin liburan di Gili Trawangan recommended banget buat staycation di sini.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. But the bathroom wasn't clean, it was a bit slippery. Needs to be brushed 🙏.

Room and bathroom dirty with spiders and cockroaches. More springs in mattress than cushioning. AC did not cool the room now matter how long running. No hot water. Paid for night 1 and moved to much better accommodations and paid out of pocket for remaining holiday.

Good impression while staying there, assisted with manual rescheduling because the booking time was on the wrong date and thank God there were still rooms available. The employees are very kind and very helpful, the fried rice at breakfast is also delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful, the place is close to the center and you can rent bicycles too. Thank you!

Akomodasinya lumayan bersih dan nyaman. Stafnya ramah dan asyik. Kamarnya bersih. Toiletnya lumayan bersih. AC nya perlu ditingkatkan. Makanannya ok. Tempat makan juga asyik. Untuk nongkrong rame-rame juga seru.

First come, like there is no system that there will be overnight stays. The staff is still wondering when to book the hotel. Went into the room dirty, dust everywhere, until we coughed. The bathroom is dirty and smells bad. After being told to the new staff there was a cleaning initiative. Can be considered again for future improvements.
