The hotel was quiet when I first entered, there was only a receptionist, no one helped with luggage. To get to the room, I had to go to the new building at the back, when I entered it was hot, and smelled bad, it seemed like they were under renovation, or they didn't turn on the AC. When I entered the room, I was surprised that the room was dark, there was only one lamp next to the TV, like a night light, there was a long LED lamp on the bed but it didn't really help, the cleanliness was standard, the sheets still had stains, the towels were a bit shabby. Luckily, there were no traumatizing things. But for that price, it's better not to go too far on a budget. The plus is the location, because it's not far from PIM and Blok M

wonderful room. very comfortable to rest at picasso inn. close to MRT, easy access, across there is alfamart. just need to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom. i found dirt crust on the toilet and small cockroaches. otherwise, picasso inn is very sufficient for a short transit.

The best, the atmosphere is comfortable

Strategic location, close to MRT Haji Nawi. There is an Alfamart across from the hotel, and Madura duck/chicken next to the hotel. breakfast dine-in only starts at 7 am. with confirmation when checking in, breakfast can be taken away at 6.30 am. The taste of the food is delicious + equipped with 600ml mineral water. room cleanliness can be maximized. there is dust stuck to the corners of the cupboard/table.

When I first saw it on the app, I wasn't really sure about this hotel. But when I accidentally passed by, it turned out the building was okay. So I booked it. It turned out the room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and the bathroom was also clean. For that price, it was really worth it!

A bit disappointed for the first experience of having breakfast at Picasso Inn, suddenly on the Cameo menu there was a caterpillar when I was about to eat. When the officer lifted the plate then I informed him in a low voice so that no one else could hear then the officer just lifted the plate without saying sorry for the inconvenience I experienced. Please improve your attitude :)

Overall, it was really comfortable to stay here, the room was clean and comfortable. It was the best experience to stay here for a long time. There is an Alfamart in front of the hotel so it's easy if you want to buy anything. I will stay here again next time.

I had a good sleep in room 3019 (cold AC, hot water on, clean and comfortable bed and pillows). Surprise provided hair dryer and mini fridge.

Not bad, quite ok. It's just that the atmosphere in the room is not very comfortable. Maybe the lighting is lacking.

Try to deep clean every room for more better result.

Note for owners or managers regarding water issues, the room is too small and the lighting in the room is very minimal (it's a bit difficult to call the MUA to the room)
