The lady and staff were friendly. They initially said the rooms were full and there was no check-in list, but that turned out to be a misunderstanding. I stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean enough, had a refrigerator, which was good for storing food, had a place to dry towels and clothes, had cool air conditioning, and was close to souvenir shops, the airport, and the beach. Parking was also good and protected from the sun. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

When I arrived to check in, the water was out. I had to temporarily deactivate the Traveloka app. When the guest arrived, they just casually told me to cancel the Traveloka app, and the menu offered no refunds, which I had chosen by chance. It was one-sided. In the end, I asked for a cash refund. After some initial debate, they didn't agree, but they finally agreed to compensate me.

It's quiet enough to rest and the AC is really cold.

It's cheap for the price, but the AC isn't that effective.

Despite the courtesy of the owner and staff, I do not recommend staying there. My room was unsanitary. There was mold, dampness on the wall, a cockroach in the bathroom, and more. Luckily, I only had one night there.

Perfect for relaxing or just a staycation

The room is clean, comfortable, close to everywhere, it's not difficult to find laundry or food.

Suggestion, pay more attention to cleanliness, the linen used (sheets, pillow cases, towels) are no longer suitable for use🙏

This hotel was very comfortable. The bed was large and the service was very friendly. The bathroom was very clean. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Bali.

The bedroom on the 2nd floor is not well maintained, there are lots of spider webs, there is no soap in the bathroom, there is little TV broadcast.

The place is spacious, it's still okay to sleep. The way inside is narrow and a bit troublesome if you use a car, but it's okay so far, thank you.

The staff is very friendly and kind, if you need an iron, they will deliver it straight away.

The hotel is good. Comfortable enough, just the pillow is a little bit smelly, but there's a refrigerator in there. The receptionist, which is an old woman, is very kind. And the best is near to the airport. Next time when I go back to Bali, I would stay here.
