In general it is good, only the food for breakfast is not very varied.

The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and fragrant.

My stay was unexpectedly very comfortable. The hotel was not very extravagant but it is very clean, hotel staffs were friendly and also fast respond (on whatsapp), the facilities were splendid with swimming pool, sauna, fitness centre, playground for children, as well as playroom for toddlers, the changing room was also clean. Didn’t had breakfast at the hotel cause we went to a restaurant that was only 7 mins away from the hotel, location was also very close to the toll gate, no traffic as the surroundings are secluded inside a complex, but that made my stay enjoyable far from traffic/ white noise.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, suitable for a family vacation.

An old hotel but still well maintained, my family and I stayed at Prime Plaza Hotel quite happy because the swimming pool is big, there is a kids friendly playground, the hot water works very well, the drinking glass in the room needs to be upgraded to a stronger one, because it was dropped gently and broke immediately and I had to replace it for 100 thousand 😆 for breakfast the menu needs to be improved again, but overall I am happy thank you

Stayed here many times with hubby, we like the ambience, shady with calm atmosphere, pleasant to stay. But please fix the toilet, the water keeps flowing when flushed. Also pay attention to elevator maintenance, the buttons are a bit hard to turn on now.
