When I stayed in the VIP bungalow type, I checked in at 3 am and it turned out that there wasn't even one person staying there, hahaha... but never mind... the service was really good! Even if I left my cellphone behind, it didn't get lost, they often maintain it, keep it up

It seems like this hotel was quite nice and famous in the past, judging by the existing facilities. However, currently, these facilities are no longer usable. The hotel management needs to carry out major renovations so that the hotel will be busy again in the future. It would be a shame if it was deserted, considering the hotel's location is excellent and the area is very spacious.

The hotel staff is good, you won't be disappointed if you come here.

I arrived at midnight, initially I immediately came and asked for the room types, the receptionist kindly introduced each room type, then I chose the 2-room type and I said you can order via Traveloka, then the man said you can... 3 minutes later when I wanted to order, suddenly the man said sorry this type of water is broken, if you want to order the same type but the room is of that type (different type), I didn't want to because I think this is a game of differentiating if you order via Traveloka.. so I ordered the bungalow2 room, the floor was dirty, the mattress smelled, the cupboard was dirty, there was no lock, only a paper was placed on it, no towels and soap were provided, the plugs in the lodging were limited, only enough for a small refrigerator that was previously not plugged in, and a dispenser, when I took a shower the water was yellow and smelled of iron, the swimming pool was also dirty, until I had to ask myself this is a children's hotel, they don't get towels, soap etc? even though I stayed at a cheaper place that was very complete.

The hotel does seem to be in a good condition, for room amenities there are just towels and shower kits, the wifi doesn't work, there was a drama of the water going out in the morning, the staff responded quickly and handled it, for breakfast the fried rice, vermicelli and green beans were quite good (although I just found out that breakfast is served at 8 am), it needs more maintenance to make it look more comfortable

The first time I stayed at 2023 it was really nice, the room was clean and smelled good when I stayed at 2025, the room smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, the breakfast was not good at all, the fried rice was stale

The bathroom water is yellow and dirty and the breakfast service is very less than optimal in terms of the time it is ready.

The hotel does not provide drinking water, soap, shampoo, unclean sheets, and dirty bathrooms. Please improve the service and breakfast. There are no eggs, they run out or are served only a few. Fried rice is tasteless and has no taste. Please improve it again, thanks.

I chose a room that included breakfast but couldn't have breakfast because it was gone even though it was only 8 o'clock. I asked the staff later and they said there was none.

For that price, it's pretty good.

The room leaked at 12 midnight because the upstairs bathroom was open.

The hotel is scary, there is a laughing sound at night. The water comes out very little

The room is clean, comfortable. The hot water is always on. Suitable for families. Get breakfast, the taste is quite good even though the variants are not many.

The room I got was on the second floor in the corner with lots of big trees, no wifi, no water thermos either, only 1 electricity outlet, I won't stay here again.

When I first entered the room, it was dirty, but the men quickly cleaned it, and the shower in the bathtub didn't work, maybe I just got a bad room. But the hotel villa environment is really cool and the pool is really clean.

The staff is very friendly, but the bed sheets are a bit itchy like they haven't been changed for a long time. The bathroom is also slippery. The TV also doesn't have a signal, the swimming pool is dirty.
