Had an argument with the hotel receptionist because when I wanted to check in, the hotel claimed to have canceled my order. The hotel reasoned because I entered the wrong cellphone number, then the hotel canceled and it was confirmed with traveloka, even though I didn't feel I got any cancellation notifications via email or applications. However, after I asked for proof that Traveloka confirmed the cancellation, it turned out that the email reply from Traveloka was only in the "please wait" stage (regarding the order cancellation request), but the hotel hastily considered it valid. I was confused and angry because it was night, it would be troublesome if I had to find another hotel. Even though traveloka 'has not confirmed' the request. Finally, after arguing, the hotel gave the room please improve the coordination of the hotel and the traveloka application again.
