I feel comfortable staying at this hotel

The staff is tricky. It's hard to check in. Even angry.

Dirty, the staff is not friendly, it is elderly, the rooms are not decent, the aura of the rooms is terrible and it seems like someone is watching.

3 times I stayed there only the first one was given a comfortable room the rest of each stay was given a room that originated so many dirty mosquitoes.

dirty, smelly room, dirty bathroom, leaky sink, toilet leaked, sheets had many stains. the receptionist is not friendly, the price in the app is not the same as in the hotel, so slowing in check in.

Cleanliness in the room needs to be improved.

No more staying here. The rooms look like they are poorly maintained and smell musty and the bathrooms are dirty and smell like there are cockroaches hanging around and some are dead. Not comfortable to rest anyway. There is noisy karaoke from upstairs, up to the room. No recommendation.

The bathroom was dirty and very poorly maintained, the hot water was dead, the karaoke sound on the 2nd floor was very annoying.

The elevator is dead, going up and down the 4th floor of high chlorine water to white patches in the bathroom.

The rooms are spacious but dirty for the floors and the hotel, deluxe rooms on the 4th floor have to take the stairs because the elevator is broken.

According to the price. If you think I'm personally satisfied. AC cold, clean, hot water works well, there is a TV though it is still a tube TV.

The place is very comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, nice, there's hot TV too.

The shower in the bathroom is not good, the AC is not cold and there is only 1 point of AC in the mall. LCD Belm TVs are still tube TVs.
