All the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Everything was good, except for the weak wifi in the corner room 201, but it had a balcony.

Lots of culinary delights, the area is busy 24 hours a day, the hotel is clean, the AC is cold, the rooms are spacious, the holiday is enjoyable, I will definitely come back next time, room 514 has a balcony too, with a view of Mount Merapi.

Okay, just a bit far from Malioboro, the city center

Check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM, but I requested 2:00 PM, and they allowed me to. The hotel room is spacious. Requests for a large bed were also granted. The service is excellent. Excellent.

The swimming pool is nice, but the balcony is not very clean.

The room was comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly. Even though I checked in late, I got a nice and comfortable room. It's close to many culinary spots.

Everything was very good, starting from luggage service, room, reception service and until the end of the stay, breakfast was very varied and more than enough, very informative for communication, hopefully next time we can stay again at Hotel Merapi Merbabu, thank you.

keep it up...if possible, complete what's missing

The front desk was very helpful upon check-in, and we were given a room upgrade at no additional cost. Ample parking, spacious rooms, and a tasty and plentiful breakfast, always refilled. There's a drink dispenser in the hallway. The room is clean, but needs improvement, especially the bathroom exhaust in room 347. Room 338 didn't have a hair dryer. I called to ask and was informed that one would be delivered, but it wasn't provided until check-out. It was indeed a full house, so it might have been a bit overwhelming.

The only drawback is that we left our small pillow behind but couldn't find it. It wasn't even 2 hours before we checked out. Everything else was okay.

It was nice staying at this hotel, close to everywhere.

The pool is nice, with a view of Mount Merapi and Mount Merbabu if the sky is clear. The bathroom needs to be improved, with a curtain installed to prevent water from splashing everywhere during bathing.

For the atmosphere, I like the terrace concept, there are lots of wallet-friendly food vendors around the area, the mosque is also near the room, even though there are stains on the ceramic, it is clean

I've been here several times and always stayed in the suite. Not much expectation, a smile is enough. From Bandung to Jogja 10 hours is quite tiring, in the afternoon at 5 check-in with a tired face, the receptionist (the one with the mouth covered, yes, ma'am, not the ears) is wearing a mask. Several times asked who the name is, I said the name 3 times but still couldn't hear, even though she spoke softly. The lady finally asked for an ID card, still confused ma'am until her friend helped, finally okay after a long time because the lady was confused herself didn't know why. Oh, they still asked for our flat, it was parked downstairs and not everyone remembered even though they had their own, finally my husband went down again. After being extra patient until we got the key, we were independent, and even the children were asked to help carry the luggage because there was not a single staff member who came and was seen, wow that's rare. Positive think, maybe they were busy. Note: be friendlier like hotels in general, thanks🙏. Overall I will definitely come back again.

The bathroom smells bad so the whole room smells bad from the drains

Initially the AC in the room was not cool enough, but you can ask to move rooms.

The place is clean. Staff is friendly. The place is near what we need for staycation.

The employees' quick response when there was a complaint and immediately provided a solution, that's really cool.

The swimming pool is clean, the room is comfortable, but the balcony is a bit dirty and the AC leaks on the floor so it's a bit wet, so far it's really good for those who want to staycation with their family.
