The room was very clean and fragrant, making me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was friendly.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

For the price above one million with a suit type, we took it hoping to get more in terms of facilities, it turned out to be a lot of nonsense. Disappointed in terms of amenities or breakfast and they are not detailed in preparing small things but are really needed, for example, soap and shampoo are not suitable for a hotel of this class and if you take a shower it gets wet and slippery until you bring it to the room because there are no towels or foot mats provided and for breakfast, it would be better to increase the variety and taste for a hotel of this size👍

The staff is friendly, there's a welcome drink, there's ample parking, and free parking for guests. The elevator is quite old and slow. Opening the room door is also a bit difficult.

Easy access to the city... Comfortable rooms for families, with balconies too. Clean in every way 😁. The breakfast menu is varied and the food is delicious, and the restaurant is spacious. Awesome, always a success.

The lobby looks like that of a four-star hotel, but once you enter the room area—especially in the old building—it feels more like a motel, with dim lighting, a leaking air conditioner, a wardrobe with a missing door, and an oddly positioned toilet and bathroom sink.

Very impressive, the room is very spacious, there is a large balcony facing the mountain. In the morning the air is very cool.

The location is close to campus, so if you want to buy snacks, there are lots. Booked during a long holiday and checked out at night, ordered a large bed but it was no longer available, got a room with no window, couldn't tell whether it was morning or not, instead there was a glass window with a dispenser outside, connected to the corridor, next to it was a warehouse.. It was so noisy, couldn't sleep, it wasn't very soundproof. The mattress smelled of sweat, the bathroom also smells not too good. Luckily the staff was okay, the AC wasn't cold, the service came immediately but took a long time to fix it, the water kettle wasn't washed, there were traces of tea, but if you complained, it was immediately replaced (I had to look for a replacement 2 times), it was quite annoying because it took time, we wanted to rest. For breakfast, there were lots of menu variations, you could choose various things, but the taste was just so-so, unfortunately when I tried the siomay it was very salty, plus the seasoning was also salty.

The staff are all friendly. The place is fun. The rooms are cool with complete facilities. Thank you. Next can be a recommendation for those who want to stay with family.

I was supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but I could only last one night before moving to a real 4-star hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was already problematic. I booked a Premier Suite, but was given a damaged room — the door wouldn't open properly, the bed was sunken in, and the room was stuffy and unhealthy. I booked a room with a balcony as shown in the photos, but was given one without it. When I complained to the receptionist, they downgraded my room instead, saying the hotel was fully booked...!!! The staff was also unprofessional and laughable. This hotel is far from being a true 4-star. Very disappointing.
