The weather around the hotel is cool, the service and breakfast food are quite good, next trip I will come here again with my family.

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately there is no water heater or there is one but it doesn't work, but the staff service is good, they are happy to carry our luggage.

The hotel staff is very friendly and informative. The location is close to the Bandungan town square. The facilities are complete, the breakfast menu isn't extensive but it's delicious, the swimming pool is clean and shady, and the rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The most impressive aspect is the mountain view from the room. It's absolutely beautiful, making you feel right at home. You can order food from your room; it's affordable and delicious (you can pay cash or QR code). The rooftop is a beautiful place to daydream. This hotel is perfect for a family staycation. Highly recommended 🥰

affordable price.. the room is not too big but it is quite comfortable and clean. minimalist food but it is really okay.. CI process is not complicated.. parking in the back area is a bit confusing but the hotel staff is ready to guide. just one suggestion.. I ordered a deluxe double bed.. but they gave me a twin bed that was made into one. neat.. but not very comfortable. next time maybe I can be consistent.. if the double bed is sold out, don't sell it. huhuhuu.. overall recommended. can be a reference for a staycation in Bandungan

Their staff have a warm hospitality and the location is strategic. They also have 24 hours "angkringan" which is good for alternative food from the others. I appreciate and many thanks for all the staff.

Overall, Terra Cassa Hotel is a pleasant hotel, a child-friendly hotel because it has a swimming pool and a playground, although not complete, but enough to make children happy. The service is also satisfactory, starting from the receptionist to the cleaning service, but maybe there is a little suggestion for the food, namely the taste of the food for breakfast yesterday, there were foods such as bakwan and chicken nuggets that were not quite right, maybe before serving, the taste can be corrected first. The rest is okay, and highly recommended if anyone wants to vacation in Bandungan to stay at Terra Cassa Hotel

I checked in late at 2 am, but was still served in a friendly manner, the bed and bathroom were very clean, tea and coffee were available, and the breakfast was delicious.

Close to Bandungan town square, within walking distance. Check-in and checkout were easy. The room was clean and fragrant. The water heater worked well. The swimming pool was clean. However, you could still hear people talking in the hallway. The staff was friendly. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.
