The room is spacious. The menu for breakfast was so varied.

The service is very good, there is valet service for hotel guests and it is free.

Overall it was very pleasant, especially the size of the room I booked was quite spacious for 2 adults & 2 children, the staff was very friendly & responsive.

Room 614. The AC is terrible. The room is hot. Suggestions: Improve the quality of the AC so it won't be so hot.

Overall ok, only the room reservation was not appropriate, the room booked was a smoking room (available) but when checking in it was not available, with the excuse of New Year, but there was no notification, no solution from the receptionist, for this I am disappointed, sorry for this incident, Swiss Bell in Malang is better (2 days on the 23rd and 24th at Swiss Bell in Malang), hopefully this will be a concern for Aria Gajayana Hotel

This hotel has a great location, in the city center and connected with Mall Olympic Garden. We stayed for one night at a family room for 3 beds on New Year's Eve. The room is enough for 3 people with average facilities. The hotel gave us a little suitcase as a New Year gift. Thank you so much. Great experience, thank you.

The restaurant staff, named Mba Mery, was very nice, friendly, and always smiling. I hope the other staff there are as friendly as Mba Mery. My family spent 11 days at the Aria Gajayana Hotel, a truly memorable vacation. And also, thank you to Mr. Bagas, the housekeeper who found my husband's bag when he left it in the pool. He was very kind and honest.

Access is close to the mall, just drive to the MOG mall.

The staff are friendly, and the location is strategically located next to the MOG mall, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and smell great. 👍❤️

The service is very satisfying

The bathroom sink drain is not smooth, the bathroom mat seems to need more than 1 because the bathroom has no door, the floor is wet and the mat is also wet. The television can only watch local TV and only 2 channels are MNC and GTV, the others are duds. The bedroom curtains have brown spots. I have been a customer since 2017, hopefully there will be improvements in the future. Thank you.
