The hotel staff are very friendly, from security, reception to restaurant staff. The room is neat, spacious & comfortable. Everything is okay. Something is missing: cellphone charger. Parking is charged. I wanted to leave the hotel for a while at 7:15 PM, but was charged a parking fee even though it was explained that I was a hotel guest & parking had also been registered by hotel security, but the parking staff argued that I had only checked in less than a day ago so I was charged a parking fee. Tomorrow when I check out, parking is free. In the end, I paid using e-money, they said it doesn't have to be cash, even though I often pay for parking at the mall using e-money.

A comfortable hotel. The room was comfortable, but there were a few dirty spots, such as near the window and behind the curtains. Otherwise, it was fine, the air conditioning was very cold.
