The front desk staff at check-in were unfriendly.
The bedsheets were sandy, the windows were dusty, the refrigerator wasn't cooling, the water heater was noisy/humming loudly, the kettle was rusty inside, and the refrigerator was on but not cooling.
The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was off (the omelet was too salty).

I stayed in a deluxe triple room with my family for 1 night. The room and hotel building looked really shabby, there was no carpet in the room, we asked for slippers but they didn't give them to us, they said they didn't have any, maybe because I was only staying for 1 night so it wasn't important. Towels, toothpaste, toothbrush had to be requested first. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness around the hotel and in the room area,,,, for the rest it's ok,,, strategic location, the rooms are also spacious for the family type,, the price is also standard

The hotel staff was helpful, but I didn't expect much from the hotel, sorry 😢 The hallway to the room was really scary, the hallway lights were very dim. Also, the room towels smelled really bad 😭 And please, the management should provide mineral water, not water from the kettle like that. Because we don't know if the water has been changed or not 😭

- The sheets were used by the previous guest because they had hair, were smelly, and dirty.
- When the cleaning staff changed the sheets and pillowcases, they still wore their shoes and stepped on the area around the bed.
- The sofa was dirty and dusty.
- Bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved.

My first experience staying at a 3-star hotel, but it was uncomfortable, the bedsheets were disgusting with blood stains, the soap smelled really bad, it was dusty, it didn't match the picture on Traveloka, with a rate of 600 thousand, it was very disappointing compared to the Horizon Ultima Hotel which was only 500 thousand, I immediately checked out... the receptionist just said sorry, without any compensation or initiative to change rooms, it was really disappointing, I'm fed up
